You agree and acknowledge that you will use your account on the website to purchase products only for your personal use and not for business purposes. Grescasa.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.

3. Access to Grescasa.com

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

4. Reviews, comments, communications and other content

5. Cancellations

We allow the customer upto 12 hours to cancel any order. The order may be cancelled via an email or phone call.

6. Delivery

We employ other companies, in this case, transporters to perform functions of delivery on our behalf. The function of these companies is simply to only transport the material to the address provided with utmost care. Any unloading or lifting of the material has to be organised by the customer themselves at the site with the help of their labours or contractors. We are not responsible for any unloading of the material.

7. Breakage

As a policy, we do not dispatch anything broken to our customers from our warehouse, neither do the transporters as a part of their policy accept anything broken. We suggest our customers to opt for the additional 10% material so as to take into account the wastages that are a part of tile laying along with keeping in mind the transit breakage that may occur, even though we work only with those companies who have knowledge of handling material such as tiles. In any case, the customer may request for images prior to dispatch for the purpose of satisfaction. All the material is packed appropriately and secured so as to make sure that it reaches the customer in the manner that it has been dispatched.

8. Returns

Returns are only acceptable if the material that has been dispatched is incorrect from our end. All the material that we promote is of premium quality. We provide the option of add a sample for the customer on our website, so that the customer is able to completely scrutinise the product prior to making the purchase.

9. Variations

Tiles are recreations of naturally existing material such as stone, marble, concrete, etc and they try to replicate their aesthetics. Tiles predominantly possess characteristics of having variations in their colours depending on the lot that is being supplied to the customer. The variation is usually minimalistic, but in certain cases the products character itself may force the tile to be highly varied. In certain cases, the sample that is being supplied may have many random phases packed in a box itself, which is usually represented on the website in the product images, therefore the tile that is being supplied in the final lot may be slightly varied as compared to the sample that may have been received by the customer.

10. Stocks Availability

As per standard practice, we at Grescasa.com have the material stocked with us. In case of a material being exhausted there is a certain timeline for the same to be refilled. Incase of a purchase being made and the stock being not available the customer can either cancel their order, or if they are willing to wait we shall organise the same for them.
